Orbital Welding
The processing of high-quality stainless steel materials ask a high degree of competence. Hyline uses computer aided Orbital welding machines to meet the highest grade of perfection. In combination with the application of advanced installation techniques this will lead to an optimal result.
Hyline welds standard from 6mm till 168mm with closed welding heads. This in Stainless steel, grades AISI 316L, following DIN 1.4404, 1.4435, 1.4571.
We are also certified for orbital welding of Hastelloy C22 alloys. Hastelloy is high-temperature (1100°C) and corrosion resistant, often used in gasturbines, chemical reactors and airplane engines.
As clients are demanding full quality control on orbital welded systems, the welds are inspected by endoscopic and gammagraphic inspections.

Prefabrication
One of the strongest trumps of Hyline is the prefabrication centre in Merelbeke. When you choose for this module, you choose for cost- and time reduction and a minimal of inconvenience on the field.
Installation On Site
For mid-size and bigger projects or modifications to the installation, you can always choose for a permanent detachment of a team on your production site.
Quality Control
Hyline works together with specialized and recognized organisations for weld control. This can take place in different forms : Endoscopic inspection, Gammagraphic inspection (NDT), Helium leakage test, Positive Material identification (PMI) or visual inspection.
