New Server

Hyline starts 2010 with the integration of a new Server.

A new "Intel Modular Server" will be installed and will be fitted with Windows 2008 server software.
This will result in a better organised SQL and Exchange environment.

 

3 server blades with 5 processors Quad core Xeon, 36 GB of memory and 14 SAS Harddisk carriers of 146 GB each.

Remarkable : power consumption will be reduced to 30% of the usage today, thanks to the Modular Server technology, 2,5" harddisk drives and new power supply technology.

The new server will be online end january 2010.
